Step 1: Verify Profile Requirements #
Insights require:
- Verified profile - Must complete verification
- Sufficient activity - Some data requires minimum thresholds
- Time - New profiles take 7-10 days to show data
- Active profile - No suspension or issues
Step 2: Wait for Data Collection Period #
Insights have delays:
- Search data: Usually 2-3 days behind
- Photo views: Updated weekly
- Direction requests: Near real-time
- Website clicks: Near real-time
- Call data: Near real-time
Check back after waiting period.
Step 3: Check Data Availability by Metric #
Not all metrics are always available:
- Low traffic: Some metrics only show with sufficient volume
