Step 1: Verify Profile Requirements

Insights require:

  • Verified profile - Must complete verification
  • Sufficient activity - Some data requires minimum thresholds
  • Time - New profiles take 7-10 days to show data
  • Active profile - No suspension or issues

Step 2: Wait for Data Collection Period

Insights have delays:

  • Search data: Usually 2-3 days behind
  • Photo views: Updated weekly
  • Direction requests: Near real-time
  • Website clicks: Near real-time
  • Call data: Near real-time

Check back after waiting period.

Step 3: Check Data Availability by Metric

Not all metrics are always available:

  • Low traffic: Some metrics only show with sufficient volume
  • New profiles: Takes time to accumulate data
